    Name, person in charge and the address your team will use to log in. We tell you instantly if it is free.

  2. Monthly or annual

    Both plans include the full SwingOffice. The annual plan adds the app with your school’s branding.

  3. Clear terms

    Every document has a version you can read in full before accepting, including the data processing agreement for your students’ data.

  4. Pay and it is created

    Pay on Stripe’s secure page and SwingOffice creates your school. You receive an email to set your password.

Before you start.

How long until my school is ready?

Creation starts automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. You will see the progress on screen and receive an email to set your password.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. You can cancel whenever you want by writing to [email protected], and the service keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

What if it is not for me?

30-day guarantee on your first payment: if you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, VAT included, with no need to give a reason. It applies only once per school.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are shown without VAT; the final amount with taxes appears on the payment page before you confirm.

Can you help me move my data from my current system?

Yes: the initial data load is included. From what you give us (company, season, timetable, prices and the student list with guardians and direct debits, in Excel or CSV) we get your school ready. Extracting data from another program, moving history or additional loads are quoted separately: write to us and we will send you a quote.

What happens to my students’ data?

It is yours. SwingOffice processes it only to provide the service, as a data processor, and each school’s data is kept separate.

I am a Founders Programme school. Should I sign up here?

My school invoices from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain. Can I sign up here?

For now, online sign-up is only available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Write to [email protected] and we will set it up with you.
