If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should leave our website immediately.

The Website www.swingoffice.com including its platform and any web or device applications, hereinafter referred to as the "Website" and/or “Services”, and/or “We” and/or “Us” and/or "SwingOffice” belong to Basilio González Álvarez.

These Terms and Conditions should be understood as a contractual agreement between you and SwingOffice.

SwingOffice and/or this Website and/or Services are protected by all Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights under the laws of Spain and the European Union, as all international copyright and data protection treaties.

These Terms and Conditions describe all Services offered by SwingOffice through the Website, and/or existing web or device applications in connection therewith which you are accepting this agreement.

BY ACCESSING AND/OR BROWSING AND/OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE AND/OR USING THE SERVICES THEREON YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ITS PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER AGREEMENT RELATED THERETO. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY BEFORE CONTINUING TO USE THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES.

WHEN YOU ACCESS AND/OR BROWSE AND/OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND/OR USE OUR WEBSITE SERVICES, YOU WILL BE DOING SO IN YOUR OWN FREE WILL, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR BY OUR PRIVACY POLICY OR BY ANY OTHER AGREEMENT RELATED TO OUR SERVICES, IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU LEAVE THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. THE ACCESS TO AND/OR REGISTRATION OF AN ACCOUNT ON THIS WEBSITE AND/OR THE USE OF OUR SERVICES WILL IMPLY THAT YOU GAVE YOUR CONSENT AND ARE EXPRESSLY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER AGREEMENT RELATED THEREWITH.

Please read the definitions applicable to these Terms and Conditions in Section 24 set out below.

1. ELIGIBILITY.

The use of the Website and Services is strictly available only for individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts as prescribed under local and/or international applicable law.

Individuals who are above legal age as prescribed by applicable laws, as to being competent to enter into a legally binding contract, are eligible to use the Website and Services.

Individuals who are below legal age as prescribed by applicable laws (“minor”), as being incompetent to enter into a contract, including but not limited to un-discharged insolvents, who cannot create legally binding contracts under law, are not eligible to use the Website and Services.

2. SERVICES.

SwingOffice offers a website through which Dance Schools may store, manage and process all their academic information related to their students, teachers, courses, as all operating activities that take place in such schools (“Schools”), through a secure and encrypted online platform which may be used from any web and/or device application.

SwingOffice Service allows you to:

  1. Manage contacts: By giving easy access to any information about students, teachers and other contacts from different Dance Schools.
  2. Manage courses: By giving access to information about existing dance courses; teachers currently offering courses; the existing number of students for each course, and course availabilities.
  3. Manage Accounting: Giving easy access to all payments, debts, purchases, transaction history, and account statements, including the creation of personalized invoices.

Each School will have a personalized SwingOffice Account, with different directories and database which will be hosted on SwingOfficeÂŽs Secure Servers, with daily backup copies.

3. ACCOUNT.

To be able to use SwingOffice Services, each School must first sign up on our Website and create an Account with us. During the registration process, SwingOffice will require Schools to provide the following Information (“Personal Information”):

  • Dance School Name.
  • Dance School Owner (name and last name).
  • Tax identification number.
  • Address.
  • Phone Number.
  • Payment Methods.
  • E-mail.
  • Newsletter subscription (optional).

The School represents and warrants that all Personal Information provided during the sign up process and thereafter is accurate, true and correct.

The School may only register a SwingOffice Account if it is legal to do so in the country where they carry out their operations. By registering an Account on our Website and using our Services, all Schools represent and warrant that they are not violating any laws or regulations.

The School will be exclusively responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of all IDs, passwords and any sensitive information in connection with its Account. It is advisable to change your passwords regularly. If a School becomes aware of a security breach in regards to its Account, it must contact our Customer Support Team immediately.

The School must only add allowed Payment Methods (credit/debit cards) to its Account, and only if these are recorded under their own name. Failure to comply with this rule represents a fraudulent act and will be treated as such.

SwingOffice will take all commercially and reasonable measures to protect the Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction; loss, and unauthorized access, including security measures to encrypt such information.

All transactions made through the School Account will be visible in the tracking history, including any fees applied and their specific transaction identification numbers.

We recommend you to check your Account regularly and in case of any irregularities, report them directly to our Support Team.

SwingOffice may suspend the SchoolÂŽs Account or otherwise restrict its functionality on reasonable grounds relating to the security of the Account, its features, or in case of suspicion of fraudulent use. SwingOffice shall formally inform you of such suspension or restriction in due time, or as soon as reasonably possible, according to applicable legislation and/or the security policies.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS.

Services provided by SwingOffice are available by registering an Account in our Website and subscribing to any of our service plans (Subscription Plans).

SwingOffice Subscription Plans and any applicable fees are available on the Website.

SwingOffice reserves the right to modify, from time to time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice to the School, any Service Plans, as applicable fees for the use of the Service.

Subscription Plans will be billed monthly through an invoice, and paid by the School through monthly fees, and automatically renewed every month.

If there are any such changes on subscription fees, then the same may be timely notified to the School.

If a School fails to pay their relevant monthly fee, or monthly payment is due or subject to request, such School must immediately make the payment within three (3) business days from SwingOffice notice. Failure to do so will enable SwingOffice to charge a monthly interest at the rate of 1.5% on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law (whichever is less), plus all expenses of collection, and/or may result in immediate suspension or termination of the School’s Account and hence, the right to use all Services to the respective subscription plan.

No refunds on the Subscription Plan shall apply if a School chooses to stop using the Service during the subscription term.

Payment on subscription plans includes any taxes, levies, duties, including but not limited to value-added tax, sales or use tax, withholding tax imposed and/or assessed by any local, state, provincial governmental authority or by any foreign government. It is the bounden duty and responsibility of the School to pay such taxes except those taxes that are assessable and payable by SwingOffice on its income.

Subscription Plans offered by SwingOffice can be easily paid online, and on the Website through any web or device application, by any of the following Payment Methods:

  • Debit card.
  • Credit card.
  • Paypal.

SwingOffice does not store your Payment Method information. All payment details entered through the Website are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are also encrypted.

SwingOffice will not provide any user payment information obtained through the Website to any third-party companies or individuals unless required to by law, regulation or court order.

The Payment Methods details provided by the Schools will be legitimate, valid and accurate, and that shall only use Payment Methods legally owned by such. SwingOffice will not be liable for any Payment Methods fraud resulting from inaccurate, incorrect, or unlawful information provided by any School. Any liability arising from fraudulent acts to Payment Methods by the School, as any responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the School

After a payment has been made by any User, SwingOffice will confirm the receipt of the payment and send the confirmation of the Subscription Plan by email to the email address provided by the User during payment process.

The School accepts that SwingOffice may temporarily suspend the subscription of the Service Plans purchased, in case the School does not pay for the renewal of its subscription. For reactivation, the School must immediately pay the amount of the renewal fee.

5. BUSINESS INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOLS.

In order for the School to use the Services, it must provide SwingOffice with the following commercial information (Business Information):

    Information about each student, teacher and/or other contacts:

    • Name.
    • Last name.
    • Address.
    • Phone Number.
    • Birthdate.
    • Bank Accounts Information.
    • Payments.
    • Assistance.
    • Any other information requested by SwingOffice.

    Information about each course:

    • Course name.
    • TeachersÂŽ name.
    • Schedules.
    • Availability.
    • Fees.
    • Any other information requested by SwingOffice.

The School represents and warrants that the Business Information provided to SwingOffice is accurate, truthful and sufficient.

The School expressly agrees that it is solely responsible for the accuracy, veracity, and integrity of the Business Information provided to SwingOffice.

The School represents and warrants that the Business Information provided to SwingOffice does not violate any laws and/or regulation and/or judicial restriction and/or right of third parties.

SwingOffice will take all commercially and reasonable measures to protect the Business Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss; unauthorized access, including security measures to encrypt such information.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE.

The School must not use or attempt to use the Website and Services for any activity that may:

  • Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
  • Contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
  • Harm or attempt to harm others.
  • Promote or provide information about illegal activities and/or that implies and/or is related to drug trafficking, and/or money laundering and/or with any person or organization designated as a terrorist or terrorist organization by the government of any country or by any international organization.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Assist any fraud, deception or theft.
  • Damage, disable or impair the operation of, or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website and its Services or any property, devices, software, services, networks or data connected to, or inter-operating with, such Services, or to any content or data stored, accessed or delivered through such Services, by any means, including by hacking, phishing, spoofing or seeking to circumvent or defeat any firewalls, password protection or other information security protections or controls of whatever nature.
  • Apply reverse engineering or decompile to the Website and/or its Services, with any purpose.
  • Collect or store personal data without the knowledge and express consent of the data subject.

7. OUR EMAILS AND NEWSLETTER.

SwingOffice will send emails and/or Newsletters to Users, from time to time, to let them know about service offers and important improvements and updates to our Website and Services. Users will be able to opt out of these emails and Newsletters at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe option. However, other emails will be sent to Users as system notifications for security reasons (passwords resets, logins from new devices, etc.) for which Users may not deactivate this option.

8. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE.

SwingOffice will make its best efforts to provide and/or make the Website and Services available in an uninterrupted manner to the Users. However, the Website and Services may be subject to downtimes and/or may not be available temporarily due to scheduled maintenance activity initiated by SwingOffice, and such scheduled maintenance activity may be notified to the User by email. In addition, the Website and Services may be unavailable due to unscheduled emergencies and/or for other causes beyond SwingOfficeÂŽs reasonable control and for such unscheduled emergencies prior notice shall not be given by SwingOffice.

9. TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

SwingOffice allows the User to access the support features available in the Website.

By using the Website Services, the User accepts the modality by which SwingOffice offers to provide technical support.

SwingOffice may choose to change technical support features at any time and without prior notice.

10. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS.

Each and every intellectual property right and copyright held by SwingOffice in relation to the Website and Services; as to any inventions; source codes; patents; trademarks; logos; business secrets; domain names; and know-how, among others, that currently exist and/or that have existed in the past and/or that may exist in the future with respect to SwingOffice and/or Services (hereinafter referred to as "Intellectual Property"), are exclusive property of, and belong solely to Basilio Gonzålez Álvarez. Likewise, the School accepts that all moral and patrimonial rights to Intellectual Property belong solely and exclusively to Basilio Gonzålez Álvarez.

The School must not reproduce and/or disclose and/or use in its own benefit or for the benefit of any third parties, in its original or converted form, or in any other way, whether directly or indirectly, any Intellectual Property belonging to Basilio Gonzålez Álvarez.

The School accepts that the use of the Website and Services is exclusively limited to the provisions established in these Terms and Conditions, and in the Privacy Policy and that the School has no right to claim any right or interest of any kind on the Website and its content and/or Services and/or Intellectual Property and/or any other right associated or arising from such Intellectual Property.

11. DISCLAIMER, WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AND ARE AVAILABLE "AS IS", WITH THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE THAT SCHOOLS MAY STORE, MANAGE AND PROCESS ALL THEIR ACADEMIC INFORMATION RELATED TO THEIR STUDENTS, TEACHERS, COURSES, AS ALL OPERATING ACTIVITIES IN SUCH SCHOOLS.

SWINGOFFICE ONLY PROVIDES THE SCHOOL WITH ITS WEBSITE AND SERVICES SO THAT THE SCHOOL CAN MANAGE INFORMATION ABOUT ITS STUDENTS, TEACHERS, COURSES AND OPERATING ACTIVITIES. IF THE SCHOOL USES THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES FOR ANY COMMERCIAL OR BUSINESS PURPOSE, SWINGOFFICE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO THE SCHOOL FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT OR SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

SWINGOFFICE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR:

  1. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SCHOOL TO ITS STUDENTS, TEACHERS, OR THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF THE VIOLATION OF ONE ORMORE PROVISIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND/OR THE PRIVACY POLICY.
  2. THE VIOLATION OF ANY LAW, REGULATION, RIGHT OR JUDICIAL ORDER IN WHICH THE SCHOOL INCURS.

THE SCHOOL AGREES THAT SWINGOFFICE IS AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND ITS STUDENTS, TEACHERS, OR THIRD PARTIES; FOR THIS REASON, SWINGOFFICE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR:

  1. THE AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, SECURITY OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL TO ITS OWN STUDENTS, AS WELL AS ANY OBLIGATIONS CONTRACTED BY THE SCHOOL WITH ITS TEACHERS, STUDENTS OR THIRD PARTIES.
  2. ANY USE OR ILLEGAL AND/OR IMPROPER PRACTICE AND/OR NEGLIGENCE AND/OR FRAUDULENT ACTION INCURRED BY THE SCHOOL AND/OR ITS TEACHERS AND/OR STUDENTS.
  3. THE INFRINGEMENT OF ANY LAW OR REGULATION APPLICABLE, BY THE SCHOOL AND/OR ITS TEACHERS AND/OR STUDENTS.

SWINGOFFICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO SCHOOL OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF ANY COURSE AND/OR SERVICE OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL.

THE SCHOOL EXEMPTS SWINGOFFICE OF ANY LIABILITY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF ANY COURSE AND/OR SERVICE OFFERED BY THE SCHOOL.

SWINGOFFICE WILL BE HELD LIABLE SHOULD IT FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT CAUSING ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE SCHOOL, THAT WAS FORESEEABLE, AND AS A RESULT OF SWINGOFFICE BREACHING THIS AGREEMENT, OR IF IT SHOULD FAIL TO USE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL. HOWEVER, SWINGOFFICE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE SCHOOL THAT WAS NOT FORESEEABLE. FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE WILL BE UNDERSTOOD IF AN EVENT IS OBVIOUS OR ABLE TO BE PREDICTED AT THE TIME THE SCHOOL USES SWINGOFFICEÂŽS SERVICES, AND CAN BE ANTICIPATED BY BOTH SWINGOFFICE AND THE SCHOOL.

SWINGOFFICE DOES NOT WARRANT AND DISCLAIMS THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AND/OR PROVIDED IN A TIMELY, SECURED MANNER, UNINTERRUPTED, AND FREE FROM ANY ERRORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VIRUSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS SOFTWARE.

SWINGOFFICE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICE WILL WORK PROPERLY ON ANY GIVEN DEVICE OR WITH ANY PARTICULAR CONFIGURATION OF HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE, OR THAT ANY SERVICE WILL PROVIDE COMPLETE PROTECTION FOR THE INTEGRITY OF SELECTED DATA, INFORMATION OR CONTENT STORED OR TRANSMITTED VIA THE INTERNET.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SWINGOFFICE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS PARTNER, BE LIABLE TO THE SCHOOL OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHATSOEVER, WITHOUT REGARD TO CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.

SWINGOFFICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE SCHOOL OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE WEBSITE SERVICES, CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE OR THIRD PARTIES.

THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF SWINGOFFICE LIABILITY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS PARTNER CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE THEIR POTENTIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER THAT MAY NOT OTHERWISE BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAWS.

THE SCHOOL EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THE USE, FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER, OF THE SCHOOL BUSINESS INFORMATION STORED IN SWINGOFFICE SERVERS IS EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SCHOOL; AND THAT SWINGOFFICE SHALL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTION OR DECISION TAKEN BY THE SCHOOL AND/OR ITS STUDENTS AND/OR TEACHERS AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTIES BASED ON SUCH INFORMATION.

12. CHANGES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

SwingOffice reserves the right to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website and will come effective five (5) days following its publication on the Website. In case the School does not agree to such changes, it must indicate so by sending an email to: info{}swingoffice.com, within five (5) days following said publication, in which case it must leave the Website immediately and suspend the use of our Services. Upon expiration of this term, it will be understood that the School accepted such modifications made to our Terms and Conditions.

13. INDEMNITY.

The School declares that the use of the Website and Services is intended for lawful purposes only and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The School must indemnify and hold SwingOffice, its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless against any and all claims brought by a third party for actions arising from or related to the unauthorized use of the Website and Services, including but not limited to the misuse or operation of the Website in combination or modification with other hardware or software belonging to a third party alleging infringement and/or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.

14. TERMINATION.

These Terms and Conditions will immediately terminate upon School breaching any of the obligations in this agreement. SwingOffice reserves the right to any other remedies available under law in the event that the School breaches any of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions and adversely affects SwingOffice.

SwingOffice reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of our Services, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever. SwingOffice may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of SwingOffice Services without any notice nor liability.

15. FORCE MAJEURE.

If SwingOffice is prevented from carrying out its obligations under these Terms and Conditions as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, virus attack in SwingOffice technological systems, breach, sabotage, Acts of God, war, strikes, lock-outs, floods and failure of service providers, wars, acts of government, then in such an event, SwingOffice shall be relieved from any obligations and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions as such fulfillment of the obligation is prevented.

16. NO WAIVER.

SwingOffice 's failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of its rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the School in performance or compliance with any obligations on these Terms and Conditions.

17. ENTIRETY.

These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any other document related, constitute the entire agreement between SwingOffice and the School, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. These Terms and Conditions supersedes and replaces any other agreement you previously entered into with respect to a prior version of our Services.

18. SEVERABILITY.

If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy and/or any other document related thereto, to be invalid, such invalid provision shall be severed and have no effect on the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/or its Privacy Policy, and they shall continue in full force and effect.

19. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, express or implied, is intended to or will confer upon any person other than the School, any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms and Conditions. No person other than the School may bring a cause of action pursuant to this agreement.

20. ASSIGNMENT.

The School may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of SwingOffice.

SwingOffice may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion without any prior written consent by the School.

21. INTERPRETATION.

The headings in these Terms and Conditions do not affect its interpretation. The use of any gender includes all genders. The singular includes the plural and vice-versa. Where a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning. Any reference to “use” of any software, Service or Update by you shall be deemed to include any installation of any such software, Service or Update by you (unless the context otherwise requires). These Terms and Conditions were originally prepared in the English language. Although SwingOffice may provide one or more translated versions of these Terms and Conditions for your convenience, the English language version of these Terms and Conditions will be the governing version of this agreement in case of any conflict or discrepancy. In the event that an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, in any judicial proceeding or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will be construed as having been drafted jointly by the parties, and no presumption or burden of proof will arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and European Union without regard to conflict of laws provisions. In case of any disputes, SwingOffice and the School, hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

24. DEFINITIONS.

  • “Account” and/or “SwingOffice Account” means the account that each Dance School must create when they register inour Website for the use of our Services.
  • “Business Information” means Information provided by a Dance School about its students, teachers, and others contacts; and about its courses, as described in Section 5.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Dance School”, “School” and/or “User”, “You” and/or “Yours” means any visitor who may access and create an Account and use our Website and its Services on behalf of a Dance School.
  • “Device” means smartphones, tablets, laptops and any other similar digital or electronic equipment.
  • “Payment Methods” means debit card and/or credit cards and/or Paypal
  • “Personal Information” means identification and contact information about a Dance School, as described in Section 3.1 to these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Privacy Policy” means the document that governs the privacy practices and data protection of SwingOffice.
  • “Service and/or Services” means Services offered by SwingOffice, as described in Section 2 to these Terms and Conditions.
  • “Subscription Plan” and/or “SwingOffice Subscription Plan” and/or “Services Plan” and/or “Plan” means the payment period for the use of Services.
